SNAP/EBT Program

Patrons can purchase tokens, worth $1 each, at the Market information booth located near the stage. These tokens can be spent at most of the eligible vendors. No change can be given on tokens. Unused tokens can be refunded or saved for the next market. Eligible, participating vendors will have signage at their booths indicated that they accept tokens.

Tokens can be used to purchase the following types of foods:

breads and pasta;
fruits and vegetables;
meats, fish, poultry and eggs;
dairy products;
vinegar, sauces and cooking oils;
coffee and tea meant to be prepared at home;
plants which produce food and potted herbs.

SNAP benefits CANNOT be used to buy:

hot food;
pet food;
soaps, candles and household supplies;
essential oils and supplements;
food that will be eaten on-site.

Change cannot be given on purchases using tokens. Patrons can either add on items to get as close to a whole dollar as possible or use tokens plus the necessary change in regular currency.

Unused tokens can be saved for future market dates or patrons can receive a refund to their EBT card.

No, only the orange tokens marked with the Orange Park Market logo can be redeemed. *Green Fresh Access Bucks tokens can be redeemed from other markets.
